Uncharted territory

I walk where footprints fade to dust,

Where maps dissolve beneath my feet,
A path less travelled calls my name
In whispers wild, unsure, complete.

The shore ahead wears foreign tides,
No lighthouse burns, no harbor gleams,
Just restless waves and open skies
And all the weight of untold dreams.

I brave these lands with trembling hands,
An unfamiliar world to trace,
Learning courage is not the absence
Of fear — but choosing still to face.

Each step I take redraws my soul,
Each storm becomes a lesson learned,
For uncharted roads do not stay dark
Once walked by hearts that fiercely burn.

And though I wander on my own,
Beneath strange stars and shifting air,
There’s something sacred in becoming
The kind of person who goes there.
